  • If this is your first application to RTC, you will see a blank application form.  You must fill out all required information, which is indicated by a red asterisk * next to the required category.

  • PLEASE NOTE:  The National ID shown below is the identification number for the country where you have citizenship.  Every country has a universal form of identification.  For example, if you are a citizen of Bhutan, this is your CID.   If you have Indian citizenship, enter your Aadhaar Card #.   For UK citizens, use your National Health Service number.   For citizens of the USA, this is your Social Security number.
